Well I've updated this a lot.Characters:

1E: Honestly not surprised by that.
2C: Donkey Kong is the fourth largest Nintendo franchise, and I feel that the franchise's villain would be an excellent choice from the game universe. We still lack a new heavy weight in the game, so I feel like he would be a perfect fit.
3B: I am aware of this. This Roster is from 2012.
3E: Takamaru's franchise, Nazo no Murasame Jo, is the sister franchise to the Legend of Zelda. Both games ran on the same same engine. He was placed there because, judging by the history of both the Zelda and Murasame Jo franchises, it seemed to fit pretty well. Takamaru is not my personal choice for a classic Nintendo character as of late, but he fits the bill just as nicely.
4A: Same with 3B.
4B: Could be, I feel like they're certainly hyping something up with the character. Sakurai loves to use uncertainty to his advantage, so I feel that Ridley still has a fair chance at being playable.
7C: I disagree, the Pokemon franchise had a total of 6 playable characters in Brawl (Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Lucario, Squirtle, Ivysaur, and Charizard) was planned to have 7 (Including Mewtwo who was cut, judging by a character folder being found in the game files) The possibility of there being 6 Pokemon characters isn't something that tough to swallow. They essentially would have just swapped Squirtle and Ivysaur with Greninja and Mewtwo.

8E: Shulk is a first party character. Monolift Soft is owned by Nintendo.

Yes, I know he has had games on the consoles, but the other characters mentioned before we're already in the smash bros community, so they have an exception. On the other hand, Pacman hasn't been on it.

Ugh...listen carefully. Sonic and Snake were already accepted in previous SSB games, yet they haven't chosen Pacman, so it won't make sense if he joined SSB. Besides, I don't think there will be space for him in the roster, since they're probably going to have old comers make a return.

You're kinda right, but you're not right(I'm not sure if that made any sense) because Megaman didn't have any attention due to his other spin offs. This is basically his comeback.

So basically, you're saying Mega Man is an exception because of how he's been dead. But Pac-Man isn't okay because he's alive? Then why were Sonic and Snake in Brawl then?! They were both well alive during Brawl's development. So your argument is making little to no sense. Third-Party characters are added on a basis that the character is well known, can attract a new audience, and fits into the Smash universe. I don't see how Pac-Man doesn't fit any of these requirements. So I don't understand your issue here other than that you might not like Pac-Man in general.

First of all, no body mentioned on how that I don't like Pac-man. I like Pac-Man overall. Basically, if you read my reply carefully, I stated that it would be odd for him to be in the Smash community. Sure Pac-Man can attract a audience, sure he has alot of attention, but he wouldn't fit the community. Also, my argument makes little sense? You said that Sonic and Snake were well alive, when we're talking about dead characters. So reverse your sentence. And calm down dude.

Saying "he doesn't fit" doesn't explain why you said that. I mean if Pac-Man has already had three crossovers with Mario already, I don't see why he doesn't fit in the Smash universe. Let alone under Snake, a character from a M-rated franchise with incredibly realistic visuals and weapons. I also don't understand what you mean by "plans".
