I think they shouldn't have made Akito a girl--she was much more intimidating as a boy. And I think Tohru's so cute because she does have that sad past--Moooooommmyyyyyyyy! And the thing with her dad.

Loveless is a really cool romance/fantasty manga with a lot of Yaoi (unfortunately) but it's really great, and the main pairing is actually pretty cute.... >////<
Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne is by Arina Tanemura, who did Fullmoon Wo Sagashite and Shinshi Domei Kurosu, or Gentleman's Alliance Cross. It's about a girl named Marin who is the reincarnation of Joan of Arc and she has to collect demons to help make God stronger.
Both are really amazing, and I love them. Please don't judge the manga based on my descrips, because I told it really poorly, so you really ought to read them!
