that actually looks like such a cozy little cottage, and the beautiful composition of this piece makes me wish i was the girl in the picture :3 you have such an amazing talent, the brighter colors where the sunlight is supposed to be is just perfect against the darker places with shadows

Sounds much simpler than it sounds. Really good work, I hope you make more LRRH/fairytale inspired works

This piece is just amazing! The richness of detail is mindblowing, the colors, lighting, everything is just perfect! The scene is peaceful and appealing, drawing your attention on the subject itself, but without putting the background on a lower level of importance. It's very balanced from all points of view. I love it!

#Love, love, LOVE the environment in this! It definitely sets the mood for the classic fairy tale without being too sweet or too scary. It almost gives the feeling of not knowing whether the one who lives in that cottage is Red's grandmama or the one who devoured her.

Since I've stuck to most of your digital stuff I figured I'd go with a traditional one. I love this one, the lightingΒ you used is quite appealing and I love the way you imagined it. I like that Red doesn't look like the "little girl" you imagine in the stories which is a nice twist. Very pretty

GRR I hate little red riding hood and the three little pigs! It makes the poor wolf look evil! *Huggiez every wolf*

lovely work!Β i remember painting in acrylics in class.. it was a medium i found challenging, only because i was such a slow painter and everything dried up fairly quickly!Β Β this is stunning!

They do sell acrylic medium that slows the drying and makes it more like oils.

There's a very sketchy nature to this. I can almost feel the presence of something evil nearby. I think it's probably the point of view you chose for the picture, we're behind her giving the illusion that she's being watched. Although for some reason I feel like she may be too big in comparison to the house.
Awesome job!

Wonderful colors! It's very realistic, especially where the sky peeks through the trees. Fantastic job on the atmosphere too! It's like an old illustration that would be printed in a book with the story.

This is beautiful, like you plucked it straight from the storybook itself. The light shining through the trees and hitting the house/grass is fantastic, as is your attention to detail.Β

Breathtaking. I always wanted to see a realistic rendition of the little red-hooded girl. Wonder what the wolf would've looked like.Β
