I just realized something
Prussia- er, excuse me, Dr. Awesome- must think pants are like, sacred after all that time as a kid Germania told him he couldn't get pants until he was an adult. So it must be like that mindset now, that since the nurses aren't complete yet they don't get pants! It's like an abused kid adopting a cat and abusing that. Okay, maybe that's a bit violent of a simile, but you know.
