Hi guys. It's been a while, but going back to work on WISP now. Now that I managed to make Part 2, here's the vicious monster that set foot into my story. Here is the Rake! I wished I passed this sooner, but I had work to do. Hope you guys like it.

DESCRIPTION (by Dr. Lorraine Blake):
A-061, widely known as the Rake, is an unknown anomaly that often is described as a pale, thin, and naked humanoid figure or a large, deformed hairless dog with incredibly long, sharp claws that protrude from its fingertips. It has been running throughout the United States of America, stalking its victims and appearing at the end of their beds as they sleep, or in the woods or in their houses. It was first brought to WISP's attention in 2006 when a family had reported having been attacked by it in their own home. Despite that event being what got WISP to discover it, A-061 has been confirmed to be a being that existed for hundreds of years old, dating back to the 17th century. Through research, it was noted that all of A-061's sitings had left with the people who encountered it traumatized, with one man even committing suicide.

Upon finding prey, A-061 will focus all its attention on the death and torture of said prey. It will pursue that prey relentlessly and will not hesitate to kill anyone who it deems to get in its way. Furthermore, its strength, stealth, and speed are so abnormally high that it is capable of overpowering them easily. It can also maneuver around destinations quickly without being seen and is capable of utilizing its rake-like claws as a weapon, able to inflict massive damage to the victim. Evidence gathered from its sightings shows that A-061 has sadistic tendencies as it sometimes takes time to delight in tormenting its prey.

Not much data is known about this anomaly, but it's recent capture at the hands of Agents Nina Hopkins and Walter Carlyle might lead to further research. More data will be added soon.

SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES (by Prof. Mika Pine):
A-709 is to be kept in a standard WISP containment cell, with specialized safety glass placed on the doors of its cell to prevent it from escaping. The glass should be strong enough to withstand its claws as attempts to file or cut them have met with disastrous results, to say the least.
