Judging by the Sihedron Rune on the tablet, that must be Erylium from the Rise of the Runelords Adventure Path. Love the art style on the RotRL pictures, I first saw these years ago on the "Community Created Content" thread for RotRL on the Paizo forums, the art style is distinct, and very bold.
