Description Another piece from the good ol' days of high school. Not as abstract as most of the rest of my art, but still pretty interesting to look at. It takes you places.

This piece is watercolor mixed with colored pencil. It's a kind of art where you cut an image from a magazine, pasted it on a large sheet of paper and expanded it out... not sure what the technical term for that is, actually. I did a few pieces of this sort in high school and I still have most of them.

The theme is three spheres of Dreams. If I remember correctly, this dates from the period where I was starting my novel "Narrator's Tale". It has what were the three major locations at the time-- the City, the Calrossian Third's Pass and the Train Station. I ended up using all three of these locations, although I added a few others.

I remember my art teacher telling me to cut out the panel at top left and discard the rest. Bah! That would ruin the theme of the piece! Plus, you can just make out the Dark One creeping around in there, and you wouldn't want to let him out from beneath.
