He's finally ready for his official DeviantArt premiere!

Predaking was my shoulder doll I wore at the first annual Hascon this year (2017).

His body is built on thick wire for posability, entirely covered in foam disks for higher mobility when moving him around.
The armor is made of Crayola craft foam heated to mold into his plating.
His jaw does open with a degree of show accuracy, and features a slot in the back of his throat for a LED so he can breathe fire.
Final measurement is about three feet and two inches long, including tail decorations.

After a lot of internal debate, I finally decided Predaking would be my first Transformers shoulder pet I wear at a convention! I heavily considered other beasts and Predacons (namely Ravage and at one point, Soundwave from TFP), but after rewatching Prime over the summer, I came to the conclusion that this dragon would be the best first place to start. Yeah, there were a ton of easier options, but I'm very proud of him either way.
There was a lot of starting, making leaps of progress in a few days, and stopping. While I'm upset that I started in the early summer and ended literally the night before the convention, I can say I'm glad I set to making him and got pretty damn close to 100% completion in that time. The main parts he's missing are his back and belly, but that's so he can sit on my shoulder comfortably at events.
Honestly, after the trials and tribulations that went into him, I'm never making him ever again. He's entirely one of a kind, even if he is a fanart doll.

He got a shoutout and recognized by both Peter Cullen and Frank Welker at the Transformers and autograph panels at the event! That was definitely a highlight.

Predaking, I couldn't be more happy with you.
