Description .

The poem that can be penned is not the eternal poem
The words that are spoken are not the eternal words
The wordless is the origin of reality surreal
The spoken is the mother of the corporeal
Therefore
Let there always be neum so we may see subtlety
Let there always be language so we may see effect

Poetry is empty
Its faculty is never exhausted
It dulls its sharpness
It unties its knots
It shadows its light
Deep and still, in a perpetual existence

Stop trying to rip off great Asian literature. Nothing you have to say is original. It was all said thousands of years ago, ten times as beautifully.

zhuang-zi i saw him yesterday and he told me, he told me many things, most of them i could not understand, but i suppose it was the way he meant; anyway, i remember one thing about how words are not, simply, words are not..
forget deepness forget meaning forget language and its symbols, the world is an empty sigh of sweetness.. don't know, i was dreaming maybe..

your poem reminded me of that, that's all..

you should post the original Tao-Te Ching here, so we can dissect it.

there is an uncanny satisfaction derived from discovering "analogies".
