Commander Rix is the steely overseer of Lorrdveil's Watch. He's fiercely loyal to the city of Guildedtown and its citizens, having been through the highest and lowest as a watcher. Commander Rix is sharply cynical but is also an idealist. He isn't a quiet individual but has a tenancy to only speak when necessary, save for when he is around close friends.

Rix joined the Watch at the age of 17 and rose in the ranks under Lorrdveil's notorious tyrant. He was part of the section that played a large role in rebelling against Grundlem and refused to participate in the "secret police" initiative, despite that choice nearly costing him and his fellow watchers their lives. Little is known about Rix's personal life (if he even has one) or history, though many believe he grew up on the streets of Guiledtown. He was given the role of Commander by the Keeper of the Veil after the fall of Grundlem but had been acting as the commander for many years prior.

Commander Rix will:
- Teach your Watch member character proper fighting technique, as well as dirty street-fighting tricks
- Arrest your law-breaking character
- Win in a fight by fighting dirty
- Test those who he feels are worthy of promotions within the Watch
- Order your Watch member character around
- Raise his voice if your Watch member character isn't doing a good job
- Treat your character with respect
- Polish his armor daily

Commander Rix will not:
- Adopt or marry your character
- Mentor your character
- Promote someone he doesn't think is worthy of the position
- Start fights
- Kill without reason
- Steal or commit other crimes
