Description

Several floors below the surface of Blackwater Detention Facility (Not legally allowed to be called a prison) there lies the Maximum Security Pit, a vast tunnel stretching deep underground, its walls inlaid with thousands of suppression cells, many of them housing a securely contained magical prisoner. The prisoners kept here are magic users deemed too dangerous to be ever allowed to escape, so they remain entombed within a cell filled with glowing suppression gel to null their powers, and bound in straitsuits and silver chains, coupled with blindfolds and breathing apparatus.

Nobody ever comes down here once the prisoners are contained. The life support system does all the work for you.
