There is, it's called Batman from arcade game developer Specular Interactive, it's the only game or arcade game that lets you drive a variety of batmobiles and kick some vehicular butt, it's worth giving a shot if you find it somewhere, like Dave and Busters!

Well, there REALLY needs to be a Batman video game in a sandbox Gotham City game where you can drive the Batmobile like Grand Theft Auto, or something! lol
