Man,the most emotional thing was the references to which zombie each one turned.The girl became the Witch,since she was crying in the end and the begin,the blond one with the cigarette became Smocker,the guy with the hoddie is Hunter and the sport looking one was Tank,while the more plumpy one is Boomer.

Funny thing: Not all boomers were fat before. The boomer's belly isn't fat, It's pure noxious acid bile. That's why they're so squishy.

This is amazing. I just told my husband (he loves L4D) and I couldn't help but tear up as I explained the idea behind the strips. I never thought I'd get teary-eyed over a comic about zombies - great job giving backstory and personality to the characters. Beautiful composition and details as well - I knew exactly what you were getting at.

To make this a bit more worse, in Versus, some infected players wait next to the witch, and claw her to send her chasing the survivors or hide near her (Especially boomers).

What if... the reason she is crying at the end is not because her friends are not there, but because the shadows are the shadows of her friends that have turned before she did and shes crying because they are the ones that are gonna infect her?
