James, the sane man in the group, is the one that breaks out the TNT for a broken elevator. That tells us pretty much all we need to know.

With those expressions I think you could throw anything at them and they could just shrug it off.
I love the explosives.

Aw, Jareth is cute when he cares about his friends... the rest of the time, too.

You know, I always find it both amusing and endearing when it's Jareth that says things like "James needs friends" (some few panels back) and comments on how so and so (in this case, Erik) gets in such and such a fit about things. Capricious as the fae may be (and as you run with, it so seems), you still show him as being the kind of person who cares about others, and those he considers friends. I really like this and, in more recent pages, it's nice to see that such care is being returned.

It is rather gratifying (and a little strange) to see how it's all come 'round. Somehow, it completely slipped my mind that Jareth repeatedly insisted that they're all friends, and is really the only one to vocalize it up until James in Such Stuff.

Don't you love how the characters steal the pen from your hand and basically live their lives with you little more than an archivist to their adventures?
I really like how things have come around, and since I really like James and think he's definitely the kind of guy who *would* turn around and return the favor to Jareth, I'm seriously looking forward to what you have up ahead.

Not enough room to poof in without possibly landing on someone. Erik would kill him.

There is no such thing as "Overkill". There is only "Open Fire" and "I Need To Reload".
On cheerier topics. I approve!

A webcomic called Schlock Mercenary is where I've cribbed it from. By a bloke called Howard Taylor. I think it might be older than that though. All the really good military lines have long ago been used...
