Description
Many people are suffering from amblyopia, and the Rune Carvers of the Old Ages knew its treatment.They inscribed the permanent concept on the pupil to preserved the eyesight, or engraved special runes to make them see the Back Realm.
This procedure required delicate and elaborate skill, and many unlucky patients went blinoops, my hand slipped.

I imagine the greatest challenge would be not to blink or move your eye. Unless they paralyzed it somehow but then you still need to moisturize the eye during the process. Alright perhaps I'm putting to much thought into a very cool concept. With some imagination this could make for an incredible d&d or other tabletop rpg item.
