Real Name: Adam Lawther
Affiliation: Heroes
Powers: Fire manipulation, flame & heat immunity (extends to clothing)
Abilities: Skilled hand-to-hand fighter, talented athlete
Weapons/Equipment: Vented costume helps dispel excess heat generated by using powers, helmet contains gas filters
Weaknesses: Water/cold-based powers, excessive power use leads to overheating.
Origin: Adam was an ordinary teenager with a normal life. He had friends he played with, a girlfriend, Hannah, who, despite living at a boarding school, always made time for dates at least once a week, and a big sister who annoyed him to no end. The whole 'normal life' deal didn't last long though. During an argument with his parents, things got pretty heated. Literally; for this is when he awakened his latent mutant power of fire manipulation, nearly burning the house down in the process. Facing an arson charge, Adam was presented with a choice: 6 months in prison; or attend the recently established Ravenwood Academy for Talented Youths. He chose Ravenwood, found out that Hannah had powers as well (water control and aquatic adaptation,) and discovered the Academy's true purpose: training 'enhanced' individuals how to use their abilities to the fullest. Taking the name Backfire, Adam aged into one of the best students there alongside Hannah, who had adopted the moniker Spout.

Backfire and Spout are my original characters.
