Opening the trailer for the first time the staff of Asio was so excited. The newest horse had just arrived here. A wonderful start to the new ranch. We brought the dappled stallion from Fontana-Roccia who is a friend of ours. Walking in the space beside where the stallion was standing Rhory clipped the lead to the horse's halter and backed him out. Once he was full out of the trailer she tied him to the pasture fence. Upon checking him out everyone decided on a new name for him after some discussion.

"I think he looks like a Prince." Kelly suggested her hand running over his back.

"I don't think so. He needs a manly name!" Chase objected sitting high on the fence away from the stallion.

"Guys... we should call him Gebbel after the old rat I had. He was the exact same grey." Rhory beeming knowing she had just found the perfect name.

"Well he is your horse so it is all up to you."

Turning Gebbel out into the first pasture where the staff made sure he is all alone in the field they totally forgot about Odin in the pasture over. He being a very territorial stallion charged the fence and snorted at Gebbel. Gebbel didn't instigate but he did stand his ground. It is clear these two horses should always be apart.

Well! Mr. Gratis made it to the ranch and was equipped with a new name and a new home. Thanks to Fontana-Roccia for letting us have the chance to bring him into our ranch and you can be sure he will be well loved here. c:
