{Alter Ego Dragons}

Alter ego dragons are a manifestation of their ward(usually a human, but can also bond to a dragon or other creature).
Alter egos usually take a dragon form but can also manifest in other forms as well.

{Physical Attributes}

Alter ego dragons ALWAYS are a black shadow material, they always have eyes and eye markings that stretch completely to the side of their face. The eye marking down the neck and also the neck strings. The neck strings are bonds, the more an ego has the stronger the bond with the ward. Alter ego claws are always the same color as their eyes and markings. The joker-like smile is always gray and the tail fins are always eye color and gray.

{Horn shapes}

Alter egos can have a variety of horn shapes, but they always point UP. They also always have three 'prongs' or spikes on the horn top.

{Eye Markings}

Alter egos have eye markings are rather diverse. They can go up, down, to the side, all around, or a mix. The spots around the markings usually grow in number with maturity.

{Colors and Rarity}

Phantoms red and black color scheme is A legendary one. It's not seen in very many, maybe two each 200 years. The same goes with Ghost's white and blue scheme. The white more than the blue. The gray is usually only seen in the rare colors of purple, orange, and green. Black in all the others. Yellow, blue and Pink, are the most common.

{Ego Gender}

Alter egos can be both gender but most are male. Male egos tend to also be more violent and protective of their ward and often even harm their ward if they believe that it is necessary.

{Alternate Forms}

Alter egos can take on a human manifestation that mimics their ward in looks and clothing style. They can also be miniature wisps, and also snakes. In Maturity alter egos can switch between forms easily.

{Alter Ego Maturity}

Maturity for an alter ego isn't age. They are ageless. Maturity is when an Alter Ego begins to have a higher understanding of their ward and can manipulate them easier. They also can become more docile with Maturity.

{Initial Manifestation}

Alter egos usually manifest during the first trauma a ward experiences, usually in childhood. Others can take longer to manifest and appear in teenage years or even adulthood. It's more dangerous when Alter egos manifest later as they stay violent for much longer than the ones who manifest during childhood.

{Diet}

Alter egos usually don't eat anything physical. Alter egos tend to manifest with wards who have mental or other health issues(Schizophrenia, insomnia, depression, etc) They feed off their ward's issue and it actually benefits the ward.
