Usually, I chew people out for making grammar mistakes like that, but some of my internet friends talk like that, so I dunno if I should up and tell 'em to fix their goddamn grammar. :/

Ironically, rocket science isn't all that complicated... A propellant chemical combusts in an enclosed space and the expansive force and thermal energy causes the rocket to move. It's just Newton's Third Law - equal and opposite reaction. The only complicated thing about rocket science is figuring out how much of said propellant needs to combust at once to attain the desired velocity, and at what trajectory the rocket needs to travel.
Or in simple terms... Stuff goes BOOM, rocket gets forced forward.
Rocket DESIGNING though, that is a pain in the arse. Gotta' design all the safety features, and make everything fit into a small space... under a vast assortment of conditions...
It's one of those rare industries where the engineering is more complicated than the physics.

P.S. The name of the propellant chemical used in rocket science is more complicated than the science itself - it is named "Hexantirohexaasizowurtzitane"!

I can understand that some people might get confused and put "your" instead of "you're"...
BUT it's also pretty lazy to type "Your" instead of "you're" If you get confused, just take the extra time to type "you are" instead, it makes you not seem like you know what YOU'RE saying! It's not that hard people!

Maybe we should make these people go back to using "you are" in place of "you're" to educate them. People tend to get the message when they can't use contractions. Either that or they sound more old-fashioned, both of which are preferable to sounding like they never finished grade school.

"You're" Is the contraction for "You Are". Ex: You're smart. "Your" Tells you that you own something. Example: Is this your art?

Thank you so much for this stamp! People who write sentences changing the "your for you're" and "you're for your" just makes me mad and I say that because my first language is not English and I know how reading phrases written like that may affect your grammar.... Now when you're making a joke and the other knows that..... Then it's another story!

Actually, English is my third language, and even I know the difference between "your" and "you're". (Okay, it happens that I use it wrong and that's always because I'm half asleep.) When I see it, I'm not very annnoyed, because I know that there are lots of people in my class who wouldn't know it was a mistake. But if you're a native speaker of English... You really should be ashamed. I know my English isn't perfect, but I've only learned it for two years. Native speakers know it their whole lives.
