Description
The wild woman, Mira, stretched out on the dirt ground staring down at the deer. The wolf, Demoan, growled in high anticipation of the hunt. Mira leaned forward ready to spring at any moment. Demoan snapped at her warning her not to scare them off. Her brain was scrambled from the lack of food lately and this chance was her last, so she thought. Demoan looked for an injured deer and before he knew it one was limping way from the group toward the watering hole. Mira and Demoan silently went down the hill to the deer. Mira hid behind a bush while Demoan hid on the other side of the water hole. As they got into postitions Mira shifted her eyes and Demoan leaped on the deer. It's back side fell down unable to get up. With weakness on thier side Mira ran straight toward the deer. Throwing her spear into the deers throat. Blood spurted out, the deer's eyes widened as it's breath went short. Demoan bit the neck and withing seconds the deer fell to the ground. Mira's lips curled into a smile and Demoan posed proudly over the deer. They feasted for hours and never were hungry again.
