Smoke stuck to my lungs and throatStaying like a disease
unwilling to move out of this system
Gasping for fresh air like a dolphin
Trapped in the misty coils of curling gray smoke
Waiting for addiction to set in
Smoke fills the lungs of the innocent
and takes a life to descend out.
