Description
This is the 2nd acrylic painting i did yesterday, this time i wanted to come up with something a little less abstract, but still have less boundaries then somethings specific like a character. i found myself realizing that characters and creatures are hard for me to do and i find less joy doing them then just doing fun space stuff, so i just did something spacey for this next practice. maybe i just need more practice with characters in general, they are hard for me to do. i guess space ins my comfort zone.

another interesting note, i dint want to waste much of my black paint as i really don't have much! so i went over to my cabinet and realized i had black chalk bored spray paint. i found it actually works far far better then just regular black spray paint. the chalk bored black paint was softer and more powdery, awesome for outlining with soapstone and painting on after. just a useful trick i will find myself doing i think. = )
