Yeah, He's new. I haven't brought him to CoA just yet because of the RP plot but once it's over he's a character I plan to bring in, along with his owner Sami who wants to join CoA but cant 'cause there be Zombies. o:

I remember that too!
Though Phantom isn't trained like a normal pokemon. He knows the moves, learned them himself, but he's treated like a dog more than anything. His owner doesn't even know what a pokemon is. X3
