Description Flow in sports, music, and art.. my three favourites especially when combined!

My first proper screenprint. Of course I haev experimented a bit but this was my original set up and think it worked out pretty decent. O f course there are also a hundred things I would like to do differently but yeah, an artists bane.

The musicl notes are silver so hence the funny registration colour!

so I can't give critique cuz I'm no premium member...then I'll just leave ya a comment

take down the amount of different types...three's a crowd, and you've got the music key which counts as one as well...try and get one closer to the key in its swirl and curves, and make the "FLOW" stouter, make a stencil with less rounded letters, to add into the contrast of the finesse of the silkscreen pictures.
And because everything is in an angle, put the silver notebar over straight, I think that would give it a bit more edge...
ohja, I'd take the orange and blue, because I really like those, and then maybe just put one or two complementary colors with that, instead of five, because you already have the silver going as well.
And try mixing some white with transparent, or a color with transparent, it gives a nice little see-through effect, but still leaves your colors intact (in my opinion)
I think all of this would give it even more flow!
hope you can use something in this huge comment, and looking forward to the next one!

Ahhhh I should have seen the lettertypes coming!!! how can I possibly be your sister LOL...
I tried printing the partiture straight: bad idea! also did an opposite side print which is kinda cool since it is also on grey paper.

I agree with the too many colours but since I had it planned out that is what happened.. we were also supposed to fall somewhere inbetween russian constructvism and dadaism.... so hence the andles and colours... But I def have a far way to go with screenprinting.

Bugs me too that he thinks it is nice to let us find out stuff for ourselfves which is cool and all but when I spent so much time on a piece I want something to show for! He could at least warn us about some things...

There is some pretty awesoem gradstudents around though! and I want to print a cool shirt!
Thanks for input!
