The three main aides that help Kai do her work as Mentor. We have...
Axel who is in charge of operations. As a Lieutenant he is second in command of the Shadow Wolves - or the ones that go out and work in the field doing...random things. So he helps keep track of those operatives in the field and such. He keeps Kai appraised of what's going on...unless he or her are out, of course.
Ezra, who joins as a young boy and grows up working as Kai's personal assistant. He helps with administrative stuff - paperwork and such. Later, when he is older, he helps with logistical things - moving and keeping track of supplies. He actually really seems to enjoy it.
And finally Cole! He runs around healing people of mental, physical or emotional pain - as such he has a very good handle on moral and the general health of the Wolves. He helps Kai out by appraising her - especially of any troubles that may disrupt people (such as bullying). He passes along things to the Lieutenants too, but he keeps things confidential...expect with Kai, he assumes she should know.
