Giving 'Wish Dancer' a update on her design and a new name, (Uhg I suck at pony names) I'll reuse her old name for someone else, anyway here we go!

Size: She's small enough to fall under the pony equivalent of a midget.

Eyes: Grayish cornflower blue
Mane: Dark scarlet
Coat: Pale, light grayish heliotrope
Markings/Freckles: Light heliotropeish gray
Magic aura: Moderate red & Dark orchid

Personality:

She's relatively shy, timid pony with many fears coupled with high anxiety of speaking with ponies or new ponies she meets, that she normally keeps under control or gets over after a few meetings.

But she relatively is a nice pony that helps her friends and get over her fears long enough to help them. She does her best to try and comfort them when they need her as well.

She is also rather revengeful, stubborn, blunt, and passive aggressive when she gets into miserable or angry moods. She wishes nothing more then for those that treated her badly to feel the exact same emotional pain and trauma they caused her when they have set her off and refuses to listen to the other or reason if they have gone to far.

She becomes confused easily and depressive with low self-esteem that makes her see her self as nothing more then a failure that cannot do anything right which prevents her from ever doing anything she wants to due to feeling she will only fail, and it will be made fun of.

She tends to quickly forget what she was doing or was going to do when going to do it! she will also forget words, Spells, the time and even what month or day it is.

Skills:

Magic
Star has a high interest in magic, but while she has the skill and concentration though she unfortunately lacks the focus needed. She has mastered smaller spells like levitating, the ability to teleport, creating fireballs, and the ability to use small healing spells. Fire magic seems to be her strongest point though.

The largest spell she's done is her own special attack which allows her to create magic arrows she hurls at opposing targets, this however leaves her drained so it's only used in desperate cases.

She her self is still under a mentor due to a few...disability's that prevent her from doing multiple things, she also requires a spell book to remember what spells she's learned.

Flying & Weather control
Like any other Pegasus she can fly, though it's only as fast as the wing power of 5 being her wings do not get much work because she fears heights and flying requires that.

She can also walk on clouds and help control the weather like a normal Pegasus.

Potion making
despite her lack of memory she is talented in making potions, it's the one hing she feels rather confidant in, and sometimes sells them over the summer when school is out.

Writing
Her special talent, she loves telling story's or making up stuff for her and her friends to play with! though she's to scared to ever show anyone outside of friends her story's or characters or to do anything professional.

History:

She mostly keeps this to her self not wanting pity or to bother others with it but...As a filly she was diagnosed with more then a few disorders that caused her trouble in learning, memory, and more but it did not effect her till her later years.

she was often bullied in school and called names like freak, Slow, stupid, short stack, cowered and more. She staid away from most ponies in her school due to that and kept to her family but this bullying caused her a lot of anxiety, and low self-esteem, she thought once she was out of school all that would end.

During her first potion making class she had a lot of fun and was the one thing she did not need much help in, she thought for sure this was her talent, but upon checking her flank, cutie mark, which made her sad.

It wasn't till much later in a awkward stage of going from filly to mare she was playing with some of her new friends that she started roleplaying with them, she felt most of her fears and anxiety leave when doing so. She almost did not notice her cutie mark appear due to having much fun.

She was glad that it finely got it, and was not the last in the class to get hers, though it was short lived joy due to wondering why something she was so terrible at with spelling, grammar, Ideas, and character development and design be her talent.

She was (or is) never happy with her 'talent' being she feels what ever power in the world that gave out cutie marks had it wrong, he stuff was terrible to her and the people that made fun of her where right that everything she did was garbage.

After school she mostly kept to her friends, mentor, and potion shop away from most.

Fears & Weaknesses:

✦Having Anxiety and being timid are not a good mix and make it hard for her to speak or interact with others.
✦Her fears are needles, heights, spiders, getting hurt, and being alone.
✦She does not work her wings much, making her slower then a normal Pegasus
✦Forgetful, she often forgets words, what she was doing, spells, or even what someone said a few moments ago.
