Dory Color Pencil DrawingAlternative universe twist on Dory from Finding Nemo
I always like to re think, mash up and change different characters with what if situations
The idea behind this one is : how would Dory look like a human and three clown fish. The story would be that Marlin ( their father was kidnapped/ taken to a aquarium ) and 3 clown fish would go on a search for him. Their names would be Nemo , Jelly and Sea Sea . On their journey they meed an underwater diver Dory who seems to understand them and want to help them. From there the adventure starts
For this drawing i used a brand new set of markers that i got from WinsorNewton. They send ma a demo kid of 24 markers to test out and i must say im liking them
Gotta do few more drawings with them to see how they blend with outer colors If you like this version , you might like other versions i did of knows Disney characters :

I love the story you came up with! And this piece is only fitting since we're approaching Finding Dory's release date XD Also, I love your take on her. There are plenty of humanized Dory's out there but I don't think I've ever seen one with crazy hair like that, which now I think really suits her haha. And one hing you did that I loved is that you gave her very Disney-like face and still managed to keep her fish features, probably because of that very characteristic smile <3
Oh, and I just have to ask! Which one is the fish with only one tooth? Jelly or Sea Sea (btw adorable names haha)?

Kinda sad that Disney 3D Animations all look the same...
There was so much diversity back in the good old Cartoon days.
Just look at the huge differences between Snowwhite and Arielle.
And then look at Elsas sister (forgot her name) and Rapunzel... they look almost the same.
