Description
I decided to make some adoptables of one of my creatures, called "Finks". They are a fun, very flexible species that I've been drawing for many years. I've received some positive feedback on my creature designs, so I decided to create some adoptables for people who enjoy my work. (note: although they look similar, Finks are not Strangers)

If you buy one, I will send you a high-res .png file. You will have full rights to use the design for any personal work, including roleplay, personal writing, artwork, etc, but you cannot claim the species as your own, nor make money from it. If you use the design, you don't need to credit me each and every time you post it, but please don't claim it as your own. You can change any details you wish – each creature comes with a name and story, but you are not obligated to stick with it if you have other plans.

THE BIOS

1. YARISCO: he lives in the plains, where he hides in tall grass and ambushes creatures for his meals. Despite his predatory nature, he is kind to humans and humanoids, although he rarely stays by any one person's side for very long. He is still very young, and is drawn to novelty, especially sweet or salty foods from foreign lands.

2. OLIAR: he is primarily aquatic, and surfaces only when he hears the sound of music. His voice is sing-song and his language is crude, but he is not malicious. Despite this, he is highly territorial, and will never let anyone into his lair, which is an underwater cave filled with aquatic plants which he plants and tends to.

3. SEVREN: he lives in the ruins of a long-forgotten city, where he covers himself with ash to pose as a statue. He is highly unpredictable, and will sometimes aid travelers, and sometimes kill and devour them. He cannot read, but is fascinated by words, and collects all sorts of books, which he stares at for hours.

4. DIEMAR: he lives in the tunnels beneath a technologically advanced city. He is transfixed by light and sound, and always seeks out new sights and music. His touch causes neon signs to glow, and he hoards many of them inside his underground lair. He is quick-witted and sardonic, and is adept at sleight-of-hand tricks.

5. MIKAN: he lives in the swamp, and collects trinkets, plants, and animal parts which he uses to enact archaic rituals. He is fickle and cannot be trusted, and keeps alive only those who are able to amuse him. He is an avid storyteller, and loves jokes and limericks.

6. JUVRIE: he lives in a pyramid surrounded by golden deserts, where he maintains the tombs of his gods and ancestors. He speaks with a hissing voice, and meditates to gain knowledge of the world around him. He is highly in touch with the spirit world, and radiates spectral energy when he communicates with the dead.

7. SALIO: he lives in the rocky shores of a cold ocean, where he feeds on fish and mollusks. He is still young and inexperienced, and picks fights with all those who he believes that he can best. Despite this, he is a friendly, caring individual who is always happy to share his food with wayward travelers.

8. WHISPER: he lives deep in the caves, where he feeds on bioluminescent plants and animals which cause his flesh to glow, in turn. He is older than many cultures, and remembers many ways and secrets that have been lost to the surface world. He is cold, but not emotionless, and is loyal and protective to those who seek his knowledge.

9. KINERO: he is a secretive, intelligent prince who built his lair in the caves beneath a torch-lit temple. He sleeps in the drains beneath the altar, and uses the blood of sacrifices to paint his body red. He can read over 73 languages, and speaks with a raspy lilt.

10. HEMIRI: he acts on instinct alone, and wanders the jungle in search of food. He is a strong hunter, who has never lost or backed down from a fighter. Despite his animalistic nature, he has an appreciation for beauty, and fills his lair with sculptures, jewelry, and other objects he has collected.

11. BOMBER: his "junk DNA", when decoded by certain algorithms, contains instructions for making every type of bomb or explosive invented by mankind. He is a traveler who collects pieces of metal and uses them to build complex but functionless devices. He has a crude sense of humor, and likes spicy food.

12. DORIVAN: he lives on high-altitude cliffs and mountains, from which he looks down on the world below. He is helpful to travelers, and maintains paths throughout the precarious environment in which he lives. His voice is soothing and song-like, and projects like a bell across the winter winds.
