There's that restlessness again.The insatiable itch.
Feeling of worthlessness,
Of not being enough.
The need to create but the fear of failure.
It's always fear.
The control in my life.
Fear simultaneously whispers & shouts.
Subtly suggesting whilst demanding to be heard.
Spiraling thoughts zip through my mind.
Back & forth.

The melody I just can't shake,
Its harmony on loop.
Distract them but they never leave.
Always present at the back of my mind.
Nagging or negging, it feels the same.
I get so tired of this self-destructive game.
