To those who wanna know what that Cybertronian writing on Jazz's car mode says, it says "Munka Spanka", what the Galactic Olympics announcer called Jazz in "Five Faces of Darkness Part 1".

Overview: Jazz is Optimus Prime's right-hand man. Unlike Prowl, Prime's military strategist, Jazz responds well to change and improvisation. Whatever surprises the Decepticons spring, Jazz can deal with it. His position as Special Operations head calls for all the skills he possesses, yet he still has time to add some style to everything he does. Jazz's upbeat and outgoing personality makes him one of the most popular Autobots among the Ark's crew.

Personality: First Lieutenant Jazz loves Earth culture. He is the Autobot who picked up on human customs the fastest and studied them, mostly their pop-culture. As such, he has taken a liking to Earth music, especially the jazz and rock-and-roll genres. He even incorporated 1980s Earth lingo into his vocabulary. As the stylish and competent Special Operations Agent of the Autobots, Jazz usually takes on the most dangerous missions. He is a Cyber-Ninja, trained by Master Yoketron of the Cyber-Ninja Corps. Despite his small size, he's by no means a coward, willing to take on any foe, big or small. While known for be clever and daring, Jazz can be easily distracted.

Weaponry/Equipment:
Laser Nunchaku: Used in conjunction with his martial arts prowess, the Laser Nunchaku are Jazz's weapons of choice.
Multi-Purpose Throwing Stars/Shurikens: Jazz is armed to the teeth with explosive and electro-magnetic pulse-generating shurikens whenever he charges into battle.
Crescent Cannon: Jazz is usually armed with a standard-issue Crescent Cannon.
Flamethrower: Jazz has a flamethrower cannon mounted on his right shoulder.
Stereo Speakers: After awakening on present-day Earth and learning about pop-culture, Jazz equipped himself with 180db stereo speakers that create disorienting sound shows in both robot and car mode.
Weaknesses: Jazz's voracious appetite for new cultural nuances can easily distract him during a mission.
