It's very romantic, In fact I met my wife one April 4 (1982) and its family lived with the sea. This image
evokes many things for me, thank you... If not you sing very well!!!! lol...
I like the blur of the image which could be caused by the waves, this
girl the arms raised as a sign of joy vis-a-vis to the agitated sea,
with this unverifiable nature... very pretty

Pretty picture! I really like the different shades of white in the waves and on the girl's shirt. The girl's pose was really nicely captured as well, I think it's cute how her hair bends the same way as her back...
However the pic is a little blurry and misty in the background and the upper left corner seems to be exceptionally darker than the rest of the picture. If you're interested in photo manipulation, I'd suggest trying to get rid of the people you can see in the background, making the corner lighter and adding a white frame... The picture is really good as it is, of course, but I guess some manips would make it really awesome. Just a suggestion though
