I had to do this one, to prove there is very little difference between using a gen 9 female, and a gen 8. So if a slight improvement in skin texture is your thing, then by all means waste your money, and hope eagle eye'd folks notice. For me, the aesthictics are less subtle, and what is pleasing to the eye, is king! Anyway, hope you enjoy!
