My Copic markers are all dried out, and I don't have a tablet so I can't do anything amazing with photoshop. Out of my boredom, I decided to do something entirely from Ms Paint, and this is how it turned out.As you can tell, it's not finished. Ms Paint takes *forever*, and I don't feel like finishing it. The hair was fun to do though.
Yeah, this is Sakura from Naruto... I just felt like doing a picture of her *shrugs*

I drew a rough sketch with light blue lines (with the mouse), and then I did the black lining with that line tool that turns into a curve.
