Description Here, have some more crappy pose references xD tbh these are a little bit cleaner but still super sketchy... ehhh its all for practise I guess :/ The models drawn in this are thin and I made breast size fairly minimal and androgynous to use and change for any model really. Also yes, I still have used previously made references as guides on building my own but tbh I did a bit more changing on these, leg and arm positions and such. Hopefully they still look okay :/

I may do a few more over the next few days, but I think i'm done on practise for today :3 I hope you enjoy

Free to use if you really wanna xD

Do you take inspiration from other references? I'm curious simply because a few of these are almost identical to those of another artist

Yes :3 There are a few pages of references I do without help, but this one I did use other references to help me out. All of them are from plenty of varying artists, or from real life pictures, and some are from sketches of styles completely different, Such as poses in a chibi style. I'm really trying to work on poses to better my own understanding of anatomy so I can work without references, And I don't use pre-made refs for my big pieces at all. These ref sheets are the only ones I use outside help for, for the purpose of improving. Chances are I did take inspiration from the artist you know, I hope thats okay though.

Oh, of course that's completely fine! I mean, it's your work after all. I just didn't want any copying to be going on from either party since you're both clearly very talented artists! Personally, I prefer your reference over the one I thought seemed familiar since you've made the bodies more realistically proportionate. It's not necessary, I just appreciate it as a style!

Oof, look at me talking like I know what I'm on about lol you're a much better artist than me so really I can't say anything

It's all good, i'm pretty open about any references or help I use for my work and practising is important to me. I'm glad you liked the changes I did though. I'm personally into drawing figures I would find more relatable and realistic for myself and figured others would find that good too. I don't find many pose refs that aren't tailored in some way, such as super skinny, specifically female, or very muscly etc. so I wanted to make blank canvas' I could use for a variety of proportions. It's not prefect at all, but it's good for me to do, and if my version of pose refs can help people then that's even better.

It always fails for me no matter what, except when a trainer uses it on you... then it always seems to work annoyingly xD
