A company of Willows engage Anolyth droids for control of the pivotal Kav'ent spaceport, a necessity if civilians are to be evacuated off-world. Under the leadership of Field Commander Anna Gao, CAS forces struggle mightily to establish any form of foothold in the facility. With the number of Willows found littering the ground continuing to grow, Commander Gao must find a way to capture the spaceport, and fast. CAS leadership would not take lightly a failure at such a critical time, especially with how much Willow blood has been wasted.

Five years into the Anolyth invasion of the galaxy, the Coalition of Allied Systems (CAS) finally came to the conclusion that independent planetary garrisons would not be enough to stop this threat. What followed was the introduction of the “Willows”, cloned soldiers of a young female template that would serve as the galaxy's standing army. Dispatched to countless planets across the galaxy, the Willows and Anolyths engage in a war that will determine the fate of the galaxy.
