I made her a while back and figured I finally post her before I go to sleep.

This is Sol In The Stone, aka, Sunstone. Her namesake is after the gemstone, sunstone. Little Miss Sunny D here is the most cheerful Homo hyaloensis I've drawn yet. This woman is ditzy but has a heart of gold. She's Ashflake's best childhood friend And wife of Whispers Of The Dead (WIP). Sunstone is also the resident farmer and grows corn and raises insects for everyone to eat. That's right Ghosts are insectivores too! And yes, she's wearing nothing but a poncho to stay cool in the heat of the day. Their modesty is different from puritanical modern humans. Also, she has work ponchos, casual ponchos, and even pajama ponchos too.

I based her off of Sheba from the Golden Sun games. I confess that I had a crush on her in my middle school days and I figured I design a character off her design, sort of. I also was inspired by Gardenia from Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. Confession 2, had a crush on Gardenia too. Guess short haired women in bobcuts turn me on. As for the Poncho, some depictions of Ancient Mayan women show that some wore ponchos with nothing underneath and I thought I throw one on her since both Ashflake and Obsidian Butterfly have sarongs and figured I change things up a bit. FYI, the poncho was a pig to draw. I need to draw clothes better.
