This is an old drawing of mine of my Oc, Firestorm, the Nitrocon Leader.And he's the main antagonist of the Transformers R.I.D, Steelena story I'm making.
He will be updated in the future

That would mean he knows Elena (in my version that is 
You see, after when they thought Optimus was gone, Elena remained mostly in Star Tower. Bee and others went check her once in a while till new High council came and the visiting stopped. At first Elena thought everyone was busy, but going to the meetings with High council was worse. They didn't allow her to speak while deciding something, when ever she suggested something that was used in Earth, they said it's not propiet. It was one time then, when she arrived early and saw when they banished Rathet to look for war criminals. After that she stopped coming to the meetings and everyone thought she got depressed than ever.

Since she is important person in Cybertron, FireStorm has learned that High Council has raised the bounty on Bee and his team and tribled to whoever brings Elena Star Supreme back. Well, with such a "Ace card" he might even take advantage and demand more as ransom.

He's obsessed with destroying new Cybertron and rebuilding it for the Decepticons, so that's his first demand, the second would be that he would rule Cybertron, and the last would be to banish all Autobots off of Cybertron. Of course that's minor compared what he plans next.

I think he doesn't know that High Council is actually Decepticons who want take over both Cybertron and Earth AND bring Megatron back.
So, I think he has to negociate second part with Megatron.
Eitherway, the result would be same to Elena

Firestorm wouldn't really care, he just hates how Cybertron is, and he's aware that Megatron abandoned the cause. Which is why he thinks that he should rule, because he vuse those that wish Megatron back, the very one who created and abandoned that cause, as weak and that he and his Nitrocons should rule.
