I've always loved how mechs take off. Eye's aglow, fast, dynamic movement and camera angles, and of course, the pilot's ever so awesome "taking off" phrase. So thus, I've been inspired to draw this, and eventually, I want to design a mech to go with it.

Part of my every ambitious animation project where I hope to find enough time to draw a short scene frame by frame. ><
