To be honest, that'd be pretty bad ass to have a Nether Dragon in Minecraft. Like a boss or something. Like, you take the Ender Dragon Egg to the Nether after awhile with your new Dragon Scale armor I say we should have. (Better than diamonds, you get enough dragon scales for a entire set, maybe weapons after slaying the ender dragon for a drop) And leave the egg in like a Lava Shrine you make and leave it for like a Minecraft month? Then come back and the Nether changed it and it hatched to a Nether Dragon? Idk something like that.
I keep seeing people do a ton of renders for this thing and if they keep happing like Ender Dragons being a race in my story's than just one maybe I should just add em to my story lol. Like Notch made the Ender Dragons, and the Nether Dragons could be a corrupt form from Herobrine in his years trapped dead in the Nether? xD Dun dun DUUUUUUUUUUN. Idk yet though lol.

Lol, Timmy is a friendly monster I found wearing my OC Ghost's skin. I found him far from my Nether portal out in the rain at night in single player and decided for spoofs i'd adopt him and have him as Ghost's pigman son. xD Partly the reason I to used him in this... Sadly Ghost's skin is now layered, so I picked on my version of Steve and his skin in this instead and threw in my friend Kittins Electrica charecter just because she always seems to be with Steve. xD
Side note, I LOVE your idea for the Nether Dragons... I've been looking around and kinda wish they were real now. Thanks for making this chosen skin render for Nova Skin's, I like going on there for funnys and thought this was pretty cool.

Yeah, the new patch. Your wallpapers I've used and anyone else's on there still read skins as the previous versions before 1.8 when there was only a second layer for the head. Making it so if I added anything to the new 1.8 version the wall paper wouldn't pick it up and read it that way.

The wallpapers support the layered skins, the layers are just disabled by default!
Click the cog button and enable the layers (they will be merged onto the skins)
