Description
This was an interesting old man sitting in the sun outside his home in the town of Zhong San. He didn’t even move a millimeter as I took a few shots of him. A man wearing this kind of hat, which is kind of like a turban, is of a particular Chinese faith which’s name I cant remember. The main focus seems to be a wheel with several combinations of broken and unbroken lines. Anyone who can remember what its call can fill in the blank for me.Frankly, I put this image together, and then it sat here on my computer for a day and I couldn’t think of what to call it, and I still don’t know what I really should call it, but this seemed to do.
Taken with a Sony digital camera, model f717.

I like the choice of adding the touch of color. Simple compositionally, but the textures really make this piece - I may even call it "weathered".

Amazing picture. His expression is great, as is the texture of the image itself. The writing in the background is interesting, too. All in all, this photo blows me away... I wish I could say something more constructive, but--wow!
