You don't actualyl have to write a backwards N because this one is upside down, and N's upside down are the same!
*spends too much time looking at her name upside down XD
x
p.s. the colours of this are awesome. love the shades of brown

Actually an upside down N has a cross bar that slants the opposite direction.

it really doesn't! I just tried it out on a piece of paper. It looks the same. A reflected N has a cross bar that slants the other way.

Try imagining it as a 3d figure.
lets say you're looking head on at a right side up, correct letter N.
Now try imagining the figure tilting backwards so you're looking directly at it's bottom.
But it keeps going until it has made a half back-flip and you're looking at the side opposite to the one you started with.
The crossbar will now slant in the opposite direction.
You're way is right, too, though.
It's just a different way to rotate it.

That is weird, though.
I never knew letters looked different backwards depending on how you flipped them.

Then I'll loan you the prototype for my teleportation machine!
Oh, and I'm not responsible if it starts doing that thing where it transports the person's entire body except the fingers, again.

And you better not do what the last girl I loaned it to did!
If I see one more fingerless girl materialize in the boys locker room. . .

Yeah, well, the last thing I need to have happen when I'm changing is for you to appear out of thin air and bleed your fingerless hands all over my gym uniform.
Did you know that Gym comes from the Greek word Gymnasium which means "Place of Being Naked" XD

*blink blink blink* you're kidding me! no? that's friggin awesome!!!
and as for bleeding all over your uniform, well, wouldn't it be your fault for giving me a machine with bad side effects?
and as for gym, we have to run a mile around town nonstop in the FREEZING COLD... on wednesday. gah.

It's because originally all sporting events were only performed by young, nude men.
Especially during the Greek Olympics.

Yeah, the whole idea of covering your body out of shame didn't really happen until the Catholic Church came to power.
The Greeks thought of the human body as a beautiful thing.

It's not as bad as wool underwear.
I still haven't fully recovered from that one yet.

They actually did wear wool undies at one point in history though.
Soldiers even had to wear them during the revolutionary war.
