Fuchsia Agate was way too sweet and lenient when it came to her job at commanding her battalion of Quartzes, which all wound up in fusion experiments due to their unruliness. Fu (pronounced Few) was given one last chance to redeem herself by watching over her former soldiers. She was heartbroken that she had caused them to suffer, so she ran and eventually found Ash's territory. She was taken in and guards over the area instead of ordering troops around.
