I would personally think that Cartoon Network's "Cartoon Cartoons" (Not including Samurai Jack) would be Warner Bros' Looney Tunes of Today.So I thought of the idea of a Dexter's Lab cartoon mini poster in a 1940-50 style.

I donβt think Chicken Scratch was a bad short. I just thought it was plain weird. I do like the cartoony animation and voice acting, but the concept and execution were just plain weird. Still, itβs better than that One Coarse Meal episode of SpongeBob.

You know- technically Dexter does NOT belong to Warner Bros... He's Hanna Barbara property...
(Course, there is the fact that Hanna Barbara is own now by the cold heartless monopoly that is Aol Time Warner... But I'm a nitpicker at that...)

And Warner Bros did made a collab with Cartoon Network with the Powerpuff Girls Movie, as well as the cartoon "Chicken Scratch"
