Description Oichi is from Sengoku Musou/Samurai Warriors. She is the cutest character in the game. I couldn't help but love her when I first saw her. She is my favourite female chara in the game (besides Okuni). I've always loved her outfit...it's so PINK! (And I'm never a fan of pink!) But she makes pink look so pretty. I also like the fact that her weapon is a kendama (a toy), which she is holding in her hand. (Her kendama is Sumire, her 4th weapon of the game). I was originally going to cosplay Oichi for Anime Expo 2005, but I don't have enough money. (I'm already making 4 costumes for AX05!)

Oichi is a lucky girl, she is married to Azai Nagamasa, & those of you who played the game know he's good looking. ^_~ Oichi was actually married off to Nagamasa by her brother Oda Nobunaga. Though in the game, on the "bad" path, Oichi sides with Nagamasa to go against her brother & they end up defeating Nobunaga. But I like the good ending, where Oichi & Nagamasa side with Nobunaga, and the ending movie for Oichi is just too cute. She, Nagamasa, & Nobunaga are on a rooftop of a padoga watching fireworks. ^^

Hello! I'm glad you like this (and double-thanks for the on it as well). She is a very likeable character. I do think it's funny that she can beat up a group up soldier with the kendama. I also thought she and Nagamasa were a cute couple. (I think that was his name...it's been years since I played the game.)

Yea, his name's Nagamasa!
Those two make the ultimate love story in SW2, but its really sad (I never played the game, I just watched scenes from her story mode on utube).

Wonderful! I could use some reference for my elemental design project. If you're wondering about that, I'm just going to draw 9-10 attribute costumes for each character I've picked, including Oichi.

In the second Sengoku Musou, you can play as the dashing Nagamasa and the lovely Oichi. She's a lot more mature, and you see a lot more of the story with them.
Makes me cry, really. Lovely piece, though. ^^ Oichi seems to be...Difficult to draw. XD

Wow, thanks for commenting on this, especially since it's an old piece of arwtork. I never played SW2 because it was only English VA for the North American release. I really like the original Japanese VA for SW1. Wow, it's been forever since I played those games. I'm glad you like this.

I've never played or even heard of this game (), but I had to fave this, it's sooo cute. You did a great job; I luff the colors. The sleeves and... eh, I don't know what to call them, the things on her legs are so pretty.
