This isn't KOS-MOS! This is T-Elos from the upcoming Japanese video game Xenosaga Episode III. (Lucky Japan gets it in June, while the rest of us wait in eternity for it!) I really don't know much of this character except that she definetaly isn't the good guy, er, girl. ^_^ T-Elos is definetaly one of the bad people in the game...or shall I say: android. That's all I really know about her, that she's an android that seems to be hell bent on kicking Kos-Mos arse for some reason.
She really reminds me of the Archtype KOS-MOS in the Episode I flashbacks. Anyway, I hope ya'll like this. This painting was a total pain because of all the shiny armour. I'm also dissapointed in my background once again. I really didn't know what to put. Eventually, I figured an approaching storm front would seem suitable for a character that seems dark & evil, but the result wasn't what I had hoped for. Clouds really are a challenge to draw!
Drawn with acrylic inks & then coloured in with Japanese watercolours.

Yes. We need more T-elos work. And for once, she doesn't look crazily evil, like she does in the trailers. I really like this 
And because I feel rather unaccomplished sometimes if I don't add a few tips, I'd put some shadows on her hair back behind her neck. Her nose looks a little too straight (as in, the sides are vertical, not curving). Other than that, due to the style and medium, can't say I have any immense standout beefs. Clouds, yeah, need work, but I can't draw clouds either, so I'm not going to talk.

Thanks for the comment. Oh, you like the shading on her skin. That's awesome. I find darker skin is harder to work with [my watercolours}, because browns are a rather stubborn pigment to work with [for me] for some reason. I don't know what it is. It takes a little time to get the effect right. I'm glad you like how it came out. I guess the "hard work" of waiting for the paint to dry correctly (while applying the color darker & darker away from the light source) was worth it.

For a bad guy, she sure smiles like a good guy, heheh. Cute smiling face, and did I mention sexy? Heheh. Hey, clouds are hard to even draw, much less paint. Oh well, the only way to get better at it is to paint as much of 'em as you can until you get what you are looking for... Details and colors are superb as ever. Great job with the water colors and acrylics and keep it up (^-^)!

Yes, clouds are awful. I can never get them right. Watercolouring can be a pain in the arse too, because sometimes it wants to mottle and/or watermark.

Wow, it really is amazing that Xenosaga III is already coming out that soon! That's really fast. I was expecting it to come out in the usual month of Feburary, in 2007. But this Fall? o_O I'm so glad! It's about time games get released quicker. I just hope they do a good job dubbing Xeno3 as well as the other 2 games. No, I've never been to XL. I don't go to other sites as much [lately] because I'm either here, at myspace.com, and cosplay.com, trying to update everything & clear out my message box. (At the moment, I have 283 messages in my inbox right now!)

By the way, I like your current avatar. Makes me want to play DW5. (Still haven't finished that game.) Eek! Which reminds me...remember I was supposed to drawing something DW a while back. lol, yeah, poor Ziggy. Why can't the character designer(s) give him something new? They need to give him some cool sci-fi armour or something. He's been wearing the same ol' boring blue jumpsuit. I wish they'd update Gaignun, Allen, & Miyuki with new clothing too. And they really need to give Shelley a better oufit...I loved her Episode I outfit, but absolutely loathe her Episode II & III outfit.
