Yeah, and we're not going to address the spider vampire roaming one of the aesteroids with an army of undead zombies now... or Soundwave being in the essential purgatory of the universe despite his constant loyalty to Megatron and being the most BAMF character on the show... or what happened to Starscream and the resolution of his huge character arc that you could see actually change him instead of the last minute stuff thrown at Megatron for his 'good' ending...

I love Transformers Prime, season 1 and 2 were good seasons but Beast Hunters was a frigging joke... the story makes NO sense, plot-holes and continuity errors were everywhere, this season is RUSHED beyond belief, some pieces of dialong feel cheap as if the writers are cutting corners in the script, all of the good characters like Optimus, Bulkhead, Shockwave, Predaking and my favourite Arcee were all marginalized! and it has NOTHING to do with Beast Hunting.
It's like Hasbro lost the will to continue the show and the writers just given up and wanted the show to end quickly. I feel like I'm the only person in the world that has noticed certain plot-holes in this season, I can explain a few examples if you want.
Also to me this season feel like a toy advert rather than a cartoon show, why do you think they shoehorned in Predacons, Smokescreen’s pointless new paint scheme, Ultra Mangus, Optimus Prime’s new look, the Autobot’s new weapons and Ultra Mangus’s ship? To add to the story? Nooo! They did it to make more toys and accessories out of it to sell to all the fans, it’s painfully obvious.
I guess that's why this season is "funny" (Especially Thirst) to cover up all of the problems and f*** ups. At the time of this season's airing the fans didn't seem to give a damn about all of Beast Hunter's problems and they welcomed it. They don't accept this kind of stuff for Michael Bay and his films so why DO they accept it from Beast Hunters?
I enjoyed Age of Extinction more than Beast Hunters simply because AOE was everything I expected from Michael Bay; stupid, long and loud, but it was fun and funny at times... while Beast Hunter, it didn't meet my expectations and it was in an identity crisis because the writers didn't frigging know what it wanted the season to be about; Predacons, zombies, survival, sub-plots everywhere! seriously! what is the focus? don't take all the stupid stuff you can come up with and cram it into a 13 long episode season, it feels messy and inconsistent. Not to mention, the story is NOT finished, if they wanted to “Rap things up” they’ve done a piss poor job at it.
SO much potential and talent on this season is WASTED...
While Beast Hunters is NOT a bad season, it did have it's moments BUT it's not good neither, it IS disappointing, unsatisfying and overrated. Probably the most disappointing Transformers thing I've seen yet. It's painfully obvious that this show WAS cut-short by Hasbro because they were desperate to make a new show.
Robots in Disguise better worth it after cutting this show short and ending so poorly.

It's the next Transformers show, and yes there was an anime called Robots in Disguise (In Japan it was called Transformers Car Robots), so they couldn't think of an original name for the new show so they recycled a name they have already used in an anime.
This new show is suppose to be a sequel to Transformers Prime taking place a few years after Predacons Rising, it's stars Bumblebee... for some reason... he's currently the ONLY character returning from Transformers Prime, Optimus Prime also makes an appearance as an entity, kind of like Obi-Wan Kenobi from Empire strikes back. The rest of the cast from TFP have not been confirmed, but I hope the old characters do appear in some way (especially Arcee), because it wouldn’t make any sense of they didn’t appear in a way at all, as if the writers have completely written them out of existence.
It has a different style, a new cast of Transformers and a different tone. The new style looks more kid friendly and up beat compare to TFP, I... guess this makes it easier to market the toys to younger viewers, why else they wouldn't they keep the same style?
Not much information has been revealed about the story, what is happening or whether we'll see more familiar facers.

Honestly it's looks okay so far but I want to see more familiar faces aside from Bumblebee. Seriously, haven't we've seen enough of Bumblebee's big yellow ass and him being the centre of attention in everything he's been in, why couldn't the show be about someone cooler like Arcee? or Smokescreen? For a someone like yourself who didn't like TFP, I'm actually interested in hearing your thoughts on this trailer.

BUT at the same time the trailer is nice... but still.. meh. I don't think that this will be better than TFP.

RID the anime was actually good, I've never seen all the episode because I only watched in a few years ago in Jetix. You should do a doodle based on this trailer to share your thoughts with the rest of the world.
There are a few things I'm wondering about Robots in Disguise 2015...
1. Why does the soundtrack sound like "Invaders must die"?
2. Why does Sideswipe's face look like Jack Darby?
3. Why do the cars look like cardboard origamis?
4. Why do the animations so far look stiff compared to TFP?
While it's looking okay at the moment, I am still concerned, I have the feeling they've changed the style to make it easier to market the toys to the kids, I hope they don't dumb down the script to make it more casual and nonsentical, also I hope they don't put the comedy first... because in Beast Hunters I felt like they went a little too far with the comedy, like they were using it to cover up all the plot-holes.
Please Hasbro... don't screw this up. Treat it this show with respect and tell a proper story with real character development like you did to the first two seasons of Transformers Prime and NOT treat it like a blatant marketing machine with little to no character development and don't shoehorn in a bunch of gimmicks just to make and sell more toys like Beast Hunters.

Sadly, yes. TFP had been going really strong, I think... right up until the finale episode, and this movie.
Bumblebee killing Optimus pissed me off, Soundwave's exit was a joke, Unicron's defeat was insulting, the Autobots are idiots for trusting Knockou--who we know is a sadistic bastard who loves to torture others, and Megatron... oh god, Megatron

Well, of course Megatron might consider what he has done with his life when he is being tortured by pretty much A GOD. So, he probably realized the damages he had done in his reing.
And who said Predaking became a "good guy" anyway? All he really did was to help Autobots to fight against Unicrons undead army, and that is logical since Cybertron is much as his home as Autobots and Decepticons and then there was Unicron "desecrating" the resting place of his ancestors. If he hadn't helped them, well, he pretty much could have just joined Unicron.
And really, the worst TF movie ever? You do realize that this movie is SO much better than Michal Bay movies put together? I mean, FIRST and foremost: We don't have all that unnecessary crap with humans. And Tranformers aren't the side characters of their own movie.

Sorry, there aren't that funny things in them. Mostly stupid. Like Deep Wang... REALLY!? And the twins from second movie... Unicron should have their existence DESTROYED.
And unlike Michal Bay movies, Prime at least has decent characters development while those movies didn't have any. And I didn't find it that boring. It was nice to just sit down and learn about the characters or to see how they interact and so on, than just go to midnless action every second.
And yeah, I can agree on the fact that Miko IS annoying... -_-
But at least she grew SOMEWHAT as character. But just a bit.
Oh yeah, also Prime treated Megatron as threatning villain. While in those movies he was mostly just everybody's punching bag. And in the end got the biggest insult by being defeated by Optimus in couple seconds, while he was suffering from his damages by Sentinel.

I know, I know... I was just trying to find at least something positive. I like only the first mr.Bay movie, the next series were terrible. (As you said - the twins, etc.)And I love the first season of TFP. It was really great show, but the 2nd season ruined everything (and PR OF COURSE).
So they have almost the same chance (Bay movies and TFP). But I prefer Michael Bay. Sorry. I know, it sounds insane, but I really hate TFP.

Alright. I can understand if you didn't find the rest of the show into your liking, so I respect that. And I will admit that I still find the first one rather enjoyable movie. But Dark of the Moon is the one I despise (no offence if you like it). And Revenge of the Fallen, it's rahter mixed one. Kinda OK, but still REALLY bad. I mean, I acutally liked so much that I went to watch twice on the theater...
But the second one I had no choice, either that or Terminator: Salvation xD
But I myself still love TFP myself.
So with all of this, we can at least respect our opinions and agree that we disagree.

Am I the only one who figured out that with Megatron going good hes pretty much abandoned the Decepticons who toiled and bled for him for millennia to the Autobots. In PR the Cons are either working under the Autobots or are imprisoned (they also do nothing to fight Unicron the entire movie, which annoyed me). There are most likely still serious grudges on both sides against the other, and even if the Cons accept peace, all it'd take is one Autobot hardliner who cant let it go to spark up an entire new war.
This could all be me simply thinking too hard, but I don't see a situation where it all works out properly.

I think people are exaggerating a bit, Megatron didn't turn good, he just lost his taste for causing more oppression, he's still the evil warmonger we know and love.
And as for Optimus's death, I don't think there would have been a way to make it more emotional, it had suiting music and a final speech.
As for Arachnid, Soundwave and Starscream, many films and novels leave many things unanswered, you just have to deal with it.

This movie left me so confused.
I mean, first off we can assume Shockwave's dead right.... Right?
And then Knockout's turning to the Autobots was not only completely accepted by the Autobots even though he's fricken EVIL and has TORTURED people (A.K.A. Silias) that we know of and probably done worse too, but backstab Starscream and not only will you be completely forgiven, but we'll also forget you're a freaking Decepticon and could likely backstab us just as easily. 
Let's not even talk about Megatron's 180.
And then did the Predcons kill Starscream? Or just beat the crap out of him? I have no idea and it bugs me so much. I mean... he never actually killed any Predacons, just sort of shocked them with his thinger, but then again, with the whole clones' dying thing he probably blames the Decepticons for that even though the Autobots did it and it was Megatron who was in charge and Megatron's free and... AGH.
AND Prime's "death" had no emotion to it. I was really upset when the first Prime-death-scare happened because I thought they might do it and it actually had feeling attached to it but this... was just to forced I guess. It didn't have the same emotion.
And finally. WTH happened to Arachnid?!? Just... the whole army of vampire Insecticons just MIGHT be important to wrap up and not leave as a loose end. At least I don't remember it being wrapped up.
