megatron should have died, i would have respected him , if he could do something against unicron and dying than , becoming suddenly good , optimus sacrifice also should have being more sad and without the rainbow shitty thing at the end . i'm fine with what happens with starscream and KO but ,
what the hell happened to shockwave????

I was really all kinds of the word pissed off of how Knockout switch over to the autobots...i can go long in detail of how much i felt of that being an asspull of what the writers did (i also believe that they did that shit for the KO fans whom wanted him to live or whatevs)....while i won't say it was the worst TF movie *coughbayformerscough* but it bother of how much abuse Starscream went thru that whole thing and still got shat on till the bitter end while everyone in the movie basically got their lil happy ending......i'm still miffed that KO is now autobot, i felt he was much better as a decepticon (the reason as to why he pulled a SS and the join the bots was fudgen weak sauce)...but whatevs what's done is done and apparently and no matter how much complaining i do it aint gonna change anything

I guess the only thing that i can think of that makes tfp movie a tiny bit better than bayformers is that there was no humans at all....that being said the writing for the tfp movie was still awful though at least in bayformers the decepticons were still decepticons and none of that bull of changing sides or changing their ways crap

It may not be the worst, in my opinion, but 20 minutes into PR, I was just waiting for something interesting to happen. 20 minutes into the 1980s movie and the Bayverse films I was very much engaged.
I could go on about how the characters felt more like moving, talking props, how the 180 on Megatron, while unique, doesn't make much sense, how Optimus' sacrifice, while poignant, really doesn't hit too hard because of how off screen he was, or how the movie should have been called 'Chaos Rising,' but it would take too long.
What I can safely say about Predacons Rising is that it was unsatisfying. Very, very unsatisfying.

It feels like they needed an entire other episode to explain character choices made at the end (except for Predaking). Megs was absolutely out of left field and really weird. :/ I like them trying to go with a different Megatron ending, and it's a nice duality to Prime's ending, but it's still so out of character!
I can't help but imagine Megs as some mountain hermit, because what else is he going to do with his life now?

The only thing I liked was Predaking and company beating the shit out of Starscream at the end and that Ratchet and Knockout had more lines.
