There is something wrong with the skeletal construction of her legs... or maybe it's an optical illusion brought on by the kind of boot she's got on, added to the way she's positioned her feet. I'll need to keep looking for a while more to figure out which it really is...

What's with the high heels? She's a frickin' adventurer!!! Those things would KILL HER. I just don't understand the fascination of sticking female adventurer types in frickin' high heels!!! THEY WOULDN'T WEAR THEM!!!!

I would just like to see a fantasy female drawn with realistic footwear (and armour) rather than the artist going for the blatant sexual overtones.
The heels kill the image for me, and I know azazel1944 can do better and more realistic footwear.

Just like what I've said, It's all about artistic freedom. If an artist desires to draw images with "blatant sexual overtones" like how you define the image, then let them be, that's what they like. If you don't like how the image was done, don't bother stressing your proposal or better yet, don't leave a negative comment and don't look at the image.
If a person told you to stop drawing anthros/furries, would you stop? If someone tells you to change the color of your wolf into a blinding neon green color, would you change it? Of course not. Everyone has their way of drawing things.
Next time, whenever you cross an image that doesn't fit with your taste, Just ignore the image than leaving an antagonistic remark and resolution. Give respect to the artist, you should understand that because you're an artist too.

You can't have 'constructive criticism' if nobody is critical of your work. The shoe comment wasn't a put down, so let it be. I'm pretty sure the artist is a big boy can defend himself.

Actually I did stop drawing period because of someone at college, I've only recently found the confidence to start drawing again, and I do respect azazel1944 as an artist. I notice he hasn't reacted to the "antagonistic" remark, so I only have to assume that he has accepted my views on the image, something you haven't.

Well, it doesn't mean he didn't replied, it means he agreed on your suggestion. English is not his native language, if you haven't noticed that yet. Don't be surprised if you saw another high heels and a lot of skin exposure next time.
This conversation is getting long, I've already annotated about artistic freedom and yet, you refused to grasp the basic idea and still insist on your demand that most likely wouldn't make change at all.
You can continue yapping if desire. I'd assume you have a low level of understanding as a person and an artist.

I know he's Chinese, and I know of artistic freedom and you seem to have failed to grasp that I am allowed my opinion on artwork.

I never said no one's allowed to speak of their personal opinions. From the beginning, all I'm saying is, rather than you rant, go and draw your own pic and cut your extreme-realism rule on a fantasy image.

This is an amazing composition. The features of her face are particularly striking. Your harp details are also very eye catching. I love seeing more curvy female figures as opposed to the skeletal models you see commonplace now. Well done! I hope to see more of this character

My understanding is that it is called a "lyre harp", because of its u shape.
But my reference was to the fact that you noticed the "lyre harp", not necessarily what it was called.
