Very epic view, and this often poses unexpected challenges when taking a photo - how to capture the scenery in a way that it's as impactful as it felt when you were standing right there on the spot. I'll start with the fact that you definitely managed that. This fantastic view makes me stare and hear the thunder of the waterfall.
Technically the picture is very good, although a bit raw for my taste (which is subjective of course). The composition is very powerful, having a very strong focal point in the lower / right part of the image, but also using the epic gorge masterfully to give the scene the strong feeling depth. I find myself flying along the narrow canyon over the river and wondering where it goes, wishing to explore further. The rocks inside and on the bottom of the gorge add pleasant detail, and then the forest up above and the grasses in the nearmost end add a frame of life making the scenery not only epic but also very picturesque. What I find as a possible drawback is that the tones of the picture overall feel perhaps a little flat - due to what seems to have been a lighting through thin clouds. On the other hand this allows for more fine detail to emerge even in the distance and for richer and more lush greens. However enhancing the contrast a tiny bit and bringing up the highlights some more might have given the picture even more depth and liveliness.
The biggest problem that I see in the scene is the sky - dull and flat, it really doesn't contribute to the cadre, so in this respect leaving such a small strip of it visible is a good decision. On the other hand, the pine trees rising sharply against it are a rather pleasant detail, although slightly distorted by chromatic aberrations still visible here and there. I can see you have darkened the sky and the sunny part of the forest in the distant to bring up more detail in it, and that's a good call, but to my eye perhaps overdone a tiny bit. It sort of draws my eye that way as looking slightly unnatural, and having the sunlit forest in the distant lighter and a bit fainter might have made the aerial perspective more impactful and added more to the overall dynamics.
Despite the small drawbacks stating, I stand by what I said - this is a very epic and pleasant shot which manages to capture the magnificence of Nature and the feeling of standing upon that cliff overlooking the waterfall. The stunning gorge filled up with thin mist and the powerful waterfall are more than enough to make the scenery both enjoyable and memorable, and the way you've captured it shows excellent feeling for scenic photography.

I read your recent post and quite frankly I was intimidated to post a comment. I certainly don’t want to revisit any unpleasant interactions by assuming I truly understand your position. That being said honestly I found it be a brilliant elucidation of a mutual collective. Or in my own words damn good but I don’t like that description for the fact that it’s seems to be an unpleasant situation.
I was serious you have a keen eye for detail and information like that is worth more than than it’s weight in gold. I would hope they would at least consider your recommendations. After viewing the piece I would agree entirely on your critique. Of course you are welcome.

I'm not sure what you're saying. Not sure what you mean by a mutual collective, either. Perhaps.... elucidate it a little? But not here, better under the post in question, where it belongs. Or not, it's up to you. In any case, if there's something you wish to say, just do so. If you don't wish to assume, just ask, though I believe my position is perfectly clear, as it always has been.
Thank you. I try.
