Hi guys! 
Can you guess who this is? I don't think she's that popular, my parents didn't recognize her lol. But maybe it's because it doesn't look like her? I hope not! 
But anyhow! I'm still happy I finished this~! I haven't been drawing anything good these past months and this kind of gives me reassurance that I'm not that rusty yet lol. But I say, blonde hair is hard to shade 
Ah whatever, I'll tell you guys who it is anyway

The nose is a little off, but "rusty" is the last word I'd chose to describe your work. The hair is beautiful and those eyes are Kate for sure.
